Free 60-second tool

Find what your business is quietly bleeding every month.

Most owners don't have a sales problem. They have a structure problem — and it's leaking money in places they never look.

Answer five honest questions below. You'll get a conservative estimate of what two of the most common leaks — slow lead response and your own time stuck in repetitive work — are costing you. No email required to see your number.

Conservative estimate
$0
leaking out of your business, every month
That's roughly $0 a year.
And this is only what we can measure from five questions. It doesn't count the knowledge that walks out the door when a trained staff member leaves, or the days you can't take off because the business still runs on you. Those are usually the bigger leaks.
How this number is calculated
  • Slow-response leak: we assume a share of your leads go cold purely because the first reply is too slow, then count only half of those as realistically winnable, closing at a conservative 30%.
  • Trapped-time leak: your repetitive hours valued at a conservative $50/hour, counting only the 70% that's realistically automatable.
  • These are deliberately cautious assumptions. The real figure is usually higher — but we'd rather under-promise.

This tool shows you roughly where. The Profit X-Ray shows you exactly where.

The calculator looks at two leaks. The full Profit X-Ray scans your business across 33 points — lead flow, response, follow-up, quoting, labour cost, margin, owner dependence — for the complete picture.

I'm not a 24-year-old reading off a slide deck.

I rebuilt my own family's business through the worst crisis it ever faced — from 157 people on payroll down to 3, and back to consistent six figures a month. Leaner, and harder to knock over than we ever were at full headcount. I install that same system for traditional business owners now, so they never have to learn it the way I did.
